My Fashion Wish List

Okay. So the weekend is coming and you have to start making your shopping list. Not to fill your kitchen but your closet! This is the perfect time to start filling in your wardrobe. Why you ask? Because Halloween is coming to an end and the weather is becoming cooler. Now here in New England, our weather for the entire year has been totally off. Between the snow in March, the constant rain all Summer, and the fact that all of October was around seventy, New England is very very very unpredictable. Because the weather is starting to become somewhat easy to read, it is now time to start s

+hopping for the colder weather.

In one of my other blog posts, I listed off some things that that were wardrobe essentials for the Fall. But now I want to show my readers what on trend clothes that I really want and what they need to have! Here are 6 essentials that are the perfect pay day shopping picks for a fashion wish list!

1. Parka Jacket

The Parka Jacket that I loved was from H&M. This jacket is $59.99 and totally worth it. Not only does it come in six different colors, they also supply sizes between two and sixteen. This jacket has a faux fur trim around the hood that is detachable (but who would want to take it off?!). It has two flap pockets on the front and a drawstring that sits on the waist. This is the perfect jacket for the colder weather and is totally adorable!

2. Knee High Boots

These boots are very trendy right now! The best part is that these boots can realistically be worn with anything (skirts, jeans, leggings, etc.). I found these boots on Nordstrom Rack in seven different colors. Most of the time you can't even find these boots for less than $60, but on Nordstrom Rack right now they are on sale for $39.97!! That's a great deal! These boots are suede with a chunky heel and are very comfortable. No women can start the colder weather off without them!

3. Ripped Jeans

For me to even add this piece on here is crazy considering ripped jeans are in high demand and are seen everywhere now! These are essentials when it comes to a winter wardrobe. The destroyed denim that I really liked was from Hollister and as of right now they are $35 (or $59.95 at full price). These jeans are a slim fit with a skinny unfinished ankle. They are light wash and a beautiful piece to add to your wardrobe. Destroyed Jeans are simple yet they are essential. Jeans are a classic garment that never go out of style and are always "reinvented". Hollister did a great job with this style of denim!

4. Button-Up Skirt

This is one style that is coming in hot for any season. This skirt I love in particular. This skirt from Charlotte Russe is inexpensive and very stylish. Even though this skirt only comes in one color it is absolutely worth it for only $24.99. This skirt is faux suede with the silhouette of an A-line mini skirt. The front five button closure is a great detail to add to the garment. This skirt comes in small, medium, and large. Charlotte Russe did an amazing job with this garment and it is the perfect piece of clothing that can be added to anyone's wardrobe!

5. Bar-Front Sweater

The three bar front detail is becoming more and more trendy each day. This simple design is the cutest piece to add to your wardrobe. I found a very simple yet elegant sweater at Express that is only $49.90. This bar front v-neck fitted sweater is available in seven different colors and are in sizes xx-small to x-large. The sweater is soft and stretchy and is great for a day at the office to a night out with the girls! It is a ribbed knit fabric that has a fitted silhouette and long sleeve (amazing for the colder weather). This simple yet beautiful sweater is the perfect add in to your collection!

6. Mesh Panel Leggings

Last but definitely not least, mesh panel leggings are needed in any girl's wardrobe. Leggings are a girl's best friend and adding detail is always a great idea. Mesh leggings are a trend that is sexy and a must have. I know that when they first came out many people were iffy about the design (my parents were shocked when I came home with a pair of leggings that was mesh all down the sides). These specific leggings are from Forever 21 and are only $19.90! These leggings are stretchy, knit, and have a crisscross detail on both of the hips. This adds a hint of sexy to the look and it flirty and great!
